Another satisfied customer.....

"I just wanted to write you short note thanking you forour experience.

My wife and I brought my 80 year old grandmother with us to england in June 2006. We chose the "Stones & bones" tour because itvisited all the places that we wanted to see.

The length of the tour was perfect, lunch delicious, and the sights memorable. The small coach was a great size and definately prefereabltto the large coaches that are all too common on tours.

Thank you for the experience, and we would reccomend you to anybody who asked!"

Amanda's first spiel!!

Hello hello to everyone taking a plough through all our info, gossip and chit chat!!

Well here I am well and truly installed in the hot seat (as Conny calls it!), dealing mostly with the Executive Travel side of the business. It's been just over a month since I joined the team, so still very newly polished and still in my wrapping........ !!??!! Or perhaps I should say, still in my box, but not sure all would agree!! TEE HEE!!

I'd like to send out a big thank you to all for making me so very welcome, I'm new to the industry... so I've needed a bit of baby-sitting and guidance, and you've all been more than happy to share your wealth of experience with me, which is fabtastical of you... so THANK YOU, THANK YOU! Especially the inhouse team :- Conny, Chloe, Sue, Dan and Nick! :)) And of course to all our customers who have provided such wonderful feedback.....
'Hi Amanda,

1 Year at Astral Travels

Hello everyone,

Today I have been at Astral Travels for 1 Year and what a year it's been, from going on our Stonehenge Special Access tour to travelling up to Scotland to see the Isle of Skye and Loch Ness (both wonderful tours).

I can't belive how quickly it has gone, time hear in England seems to be flying by, I can hardly keep up, as soon as it becomes March we are already looking ahead to April.

I mite do my christmas shopping now, it seem to be coming around quickly.

I thought it is about time that you can actually see what i look like:

(the one on the left)

It look like it's going to be an exciting year here in England for Dan & Astral Travels.

Joke of the Day

A man walks into a doctor's office. He has a cucumber up his nose, a carrot in his left ear and a banana in his right ear. "what's the matter with me?" he ask the doctor. The doctor replies, " you're not eating properly".

Hope everyone is havin a good year.

Take care.

Chloe and Springs here!!

Hello there,

Its chloe again! Beautiful Spring is here! the Daffs are out and its finally sunny!! Perfect weather to be going on tour!

I thought I would take alittle time to to tell you a bit about myself! I'm 20 years old and live in my home town of Marlow (which is quiet close to Windsor!) I've been working for Astral travels for almost a year now.
Heres my picture (not the most flattering one!)......

I know its nice to sometimes put a name to a face!

And heres another satisfied customer....

"My daughter and I recently took the Stones and Bones tour to Salisbury and Stonehenge. We both agreed that the trip was one of the highlights of our visit to England.

We really enjoyed Trev. Having such a small group made the tour that much more enjoyable. Not to mention the weather was absolutely perfect. Did you arrange that too?

Thank you for a wonderful time.

Mother's Day 18th March 2007

MY MOM TAUGHT ME...

All the mothers in each part of the world lovingly try to teach their kids some of life's most important lessons so that they could successfully face the difficulties of life and at the same time also enjoy the life. But despite all the efforts made by mothers in the end, little brats just end up growing into bigger brats without learning a thing. Still mothers are satisfied that at least they tried their best to teach their children something along the way. Thanks, to all the mothers!

My Mother taught me about ANTICIPATION...
"You should just wait until your father gets home."

My Mother taught me about RECEIVING....
"You should know that you are going to get it when we get home!"

My Mother taught me to MEET A CHALLENGE...
"What were you thinking about? You should answer me when I talk to you! You should not talk back to me!"

Mother taught me MEDICAL SCIENCE...
"If you do not stop crossing your eyes, they are going to freeze that way."

My Mother taught me to THINK AHEAD...
"If you do not pass your spelling test, you would never be able to get a good job."

My Mother taught me HUMOR...
"When that lawn mower cuts off your toes, don't come running to me."

My Mother taught me how to BECOME AN ADULT...
"If you don't eat all your vegetables, you would never grow up and always remain a kid."

Mother taught me about GENETICS...
"You are just like your father."

Mother taught me about WISDOM OF AGE...
"You would understand me only when you get to be of my age"

My Mother taught me about JUSTICE...
"One day you will have kids, and I hope they turn out to be just like you...Then only you will see what it is like!"

So, be greatful and send a Mother's Day card to your mum! ;o) Take care, Conny
